Custom service process

After discussing in detail your needs and confirming order by down payment:

1. Our team will re-check every item from order list and start to sort out the products or materials ASAP;
2. Whenever there is customizing order, we will keep you posted every step during the producing process in case there is something to adjust or re-confirm about specifications;
3. After finishing the production of the order items, we will inspect and check quality first before packing;
4. When everything is ready , we’ll inform you and show you the ready items, and you can ask for live streaming inspection or designate a third-party before order conclusion;
5. After acceptance of order, the rest payment shall be done before loading.
